Co enzyme q10 (ubiquinone)

Co-Enzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which also helps keep our cells functioning efficiently.

Co-Q10 is found in the blood and most importantly, in the mitochondria of our cells. Mitochondria are the 'batteries of the cell' as they are responsible for the generation of almost all energy produced by the cell.
