Shipping dates and deadlines for the festive period

To ensure that your delivery arrives in time for our Christmas shutdown period, please see our shipping information below.

Please note, CC HQ will shut down from midday Tuesday 24 December and we will reopen Thursday 2 January 2025.

UK shipments

The last day of dispatch for shipments to UK destinations will be the 23rd of December for delivery 24^th of December Pallets/ Boxes but DPD are warning that they will be very busy and extra time should be allowed for delivery before Christmas.

The last day of dispatch to the USA for pallets is the 9^th of December. For boxes, this will be the 18^th. If delivery before Christmas isn’t required, dispatch on the 23^rd.

EU shipments (including Ireland)

EU UPS via NL with Coyote – Confirm for 18^th December for collection 19^th December ( W/C 9^th if delivery required before Christmas)

EU pallet Europa – Confirm for 19^th December for collection 20^th December ( W/C 9^th if delivery required before Christmas)

EU hazardous Ntex – Confirm for 13^th for collection 16^th

The last dispatch day for shipments to the EU and the rest of the world is December 20, 2023. This means all EU and ROW sales orders must be closed and submitted by 16:45 UK time on December 19.
